Nothing but cats...

Gracie's favorite toy is always a box...

Grease Spot was the matriarch of our cats
(she passed on in August 2005 at the age of 19 1/2).
She got her name from my husband-to-be...because
if he hadn't rescued her, she would have been a
grease spot on the road.  I always called her Queen Kitty.

The last batch of strays we rescued and socialized when we lived in San Diego...all were placed in good homes (and yes, we kept trying to catch the stray-cat-mom...but we keep catching possum instead!).

Max (the orange one) and Gracie (the black one).
Both were rescued from litters born in our backyard. Max's stray-cat-mom was caught and fixed (and released).  Gracie's stray-cat-mom eluded us...

Max, the office cat!

Gracie, always ready to pose...

...so helpful when they lounge on my workspace!

Max helping me look up a word in the dictionary; a young Gracie sticking close to her new big brother.
